Quinlans Biodiversity

22 August 2018 –

Did you know that a bird survey is undertaken four times a year at Quinlans? Thanks to Cooloola Nature for their commitment towards the work of AKF!

Here is a picture of the Crested Shrike-tit which has been seen at Quinlans. This sighting was especially exciting and important to Cooloola Nature and AKF staff as it is a sign of the health of the biodiversity at Quinlans. Our Site Manager Ian is doing a great job!

This bird and the forest would be protected by the Koala Protection Act. Saving Koala habitat saves this beautiful bird too. Have you thought of planting a tree?
