Quinlans Autumn Bird Survey

27 June 2018 –

Did you know that a bird survey is undertaken four times a year at Quinlans? Thanks to Cooloola Nature for their commitment towards the work of AKF!

We were excited to view the results from the most recent survey. Four new bird species have been spotted!

Here is a picture of the Fan-tailed Cuckoo which has been seen at Quinlans. This bird and the forest would be protected by the Koala Protection Act.

Saving Koala habitat saves this beautiful bird too. Have you thought of planting a tree?
