Sad news. The Queens (chickens) have drowned in our pool.
Mum is really sad and just didn’t think they would try and swim in the pool. Mum told me this happens to koalas and that everyone has to put a rope in the pool so they can cling on to that when they fall in. I don’t think the Queens would have known how to do that, but we are going to miss them. They had a very happy life though. They loved living out there and not in a cage.Mum says this can happen to little children and even little puppies like me, so everyone has to be very careful. I will always remember to be safe around water now I have seen this, I really will.
Be careful everyone.
