Visit Quinlan's

Would you like to visit Quinlans?

Quinlans is open Tuesday's (Quinlans is closed to the public during the summer months from the 1st December - 28th February)

Quinlans Manager Ian Harling is onsite each Tuesday, and is always looking for volunteers to help with tasks such as pulling weeds, general tidying up and working on the creek regeneration. If you would like to help, please text Ian on 0400 297 678.

Once you have organised your visit with Ian he will meet you at the pre-designated time, which is usually 8am so you do not have to work in the heat of the day.

Bring your own lunch, insect repellent, hat, and sunscreen. Please wear long pants and covered in shoes (in case of snakes) and Ian will provide gloves.

Q Days: by arrangement.

On these day trips to Quinlans, an airconditioned bus will leave Brisbane CBD hotels at 8am and return at 6pm.

Cost is $200.00 per person, which includes all transport and meals, including wine and cheese just before sunset.

On our Q Days, wildlife enthusiasts can enjoy the opportunity to see unique wildlife in natural settings while learning about the ecology of the Australian bush. You will be safely guided through natural bushland, learn about sustainable living at our bush cabin, followed by some yummy Aussie bush tucker.

If you’re in a group of 8 or more  tours can be tailored to your requirements, whether you’re looking to learn, explore or for something more hands-on like tree-planting. Your portion of the cost will go directly to AKF so we can continue our conservation efforts.

Quinlan’s is in South East Queensland, an hour and a half from AKF’s Brisbane headquarters. This region has a wide diversity of natural attractions including National Parks.
