Port Adelaide

Koala Woman Says

Only one Koala has been reported from this electorate, and it was close to another electorate so it was likely to be a temporary visitor. There has never been any suitable natural habitat; the soils are sandy and lacking in the nutrients and water that could sustain Koala habitat. Whoever reported this Koala was indeed lucky.

This map shows potential Koala habitat in units of 1 square kilometre and does not show smaller areas. However the map accurately reflects trends in loss of potential Koala habitat.
