Koala Woman Says
If we are right about this electorate, then the koalas are gone because of the fur trade and the highly fragmented landscape. There have been recent sightings at Pakenham Upper and some 10-year old sightings at Upper Ferntree Gully, very few compared to 30 years ago. Latrobe gained a lot of bush from McMillan in the 2018 redistribution, but unfortunately only about 10 Koalas.
