
Koala Woman Says
The area was first developed in the 1850s with logging and then farming, so most forests here were well and truly gone before the fur trade. There were some Koalas reported in the early 1960s, but in the last 20 years or so this habitat was cleared to make way for the suburb of Keysborough.
