This electorate included the 2,500 square kilometre Otway Ranges which is now in Wannon. Now, what’s left of Corangamite has little vegetation and lots of farms with few trees. There are only six records, and none since 2016. An electorate which was formerly a stronghold of Victorian Koalas now has none.
