This electorate covers Namadgi National Park where there was a confirmed Koala sighting in 2018, but half of this electorate was burnt in the 2019-2020 fire so unfortunately it’s likely that the only Koalas left are the few in Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve, safe behind a fence.
