The AKF has been busy writing two Senate Submissions and they will be made public once the Senate Committee has approved their contents.
 
In both of these documents we have highlighted the complete inability of the Queensland and New South Wales Governments to be capable of taking over approvals for Koala approvals and that we are seeing shocking and blatant disregard for the federal EPBC Act requirements.

So where does this leave the Koala Protection Act?   
 
Our documents show yet again that it will be the only thing that will save the Koala and our planning for 2015 is well underway.
