84,000 hectares of Queensland’s Koala habitat lost

18 August 2016 –

Yesterday, Deborah Tabart OAM delivered a press conference concerning the loss of 84,000 hectares of Queensland’s koala’s habitat.

She is grateful for the press coverage about this concerning situation; she states: “I am more and more convinced that the Koala needs a Koala Protection Act. The only things that will save the Koala now are decent laws and enforcement of them.”
